These settings aren't necessarily a silver bullet for your setup, and may not do anything at all. When optimizing, it's important not to do anything "just in case", and to trust that the defaults of your hardware and software are sane. Otherwise, you'll get yourself into a rabbit hole of settings that might be fighting against each-other. Don't fall into the temptation to tweak for the sake of tweaking - sometimes "auto" is just fine!!
